Returns and Refunds Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contact@kungbergofsweden.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, the item must be returned within 14 days.

Please do not return an item before contacting us. Returns sent without prior notification may be delayed or may not be processed correctly.

Condition of Returned Items

You may examine the item in the same way as you would in a physical store to establish its nature, characteristics and function.

To receive a full refund, the item should be returned in its original condition, with all tags attached and, where possible, in its original packaging.

You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the item beyond what is necessary to examine it.

Please include your receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase with your return.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item when exercising your right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for ensuring that the return can be documented.

If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, Kungberg will cover the reasonable return shipping costs once the claim has been approved.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the fault or damage

Your statutory rights regarding faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are not affected by this policy.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been made to your specifications, personalised for you or given a clearly personal character at your request.

Gift cards are non-returnable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Sale items purchased online remain covered by the statutory right of withdrawal unless a legal exception applies.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase. Once the return has been processed, you may place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method without undue delay. When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, the refund will be issued no later than 14 days after you notify us of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you provide evidence that the item has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

When the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the refund includes the price paid for the item and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider or payment service may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
