Payment
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard) and Klarna for invoice and partial payments. All payments are handled securely through our partners.
Payment is debited when the order is confirmed, or according to the terms of the chosen payment method (e.g. Klarna).
Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 1–2 business days. NOTE! Orders placed during weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.
We offer free shipping within Sweden. For orders to other countries, the shipping cost will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase. All deliveries are sent with PostNord, and you can choose between home delivery or pickup at a service point.
We ship all our orders with PostNord for safe and fast delivery. You can choose between home delivery or pick-up at your nearest service point. After the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to easily follow your package's journey.
If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kungbergvaskor.se. We can update the address as long as the order has not been shipped. If the order is already on its way, the shipping company will assist you further.
If the delivery is delayed without us having informed you of a longer delivery time, please contact us at info@kungbergvaskor.se. We will get back to you with updated information and ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on our website, you, as a customer, have a statutory right to 14 days' right of withdrawal, which applies from the day you receive the product.
Notify us at info@kungbergvaskor.se that you wish to cancel the purchase. State your name, address, email address, order number, and which items are being returned. Products must be returned well-packaged and in original packaging within 14 days of you notifying us.
You are responsible for return shipping, as well as for the delivery and condition of the products upon return.
- The product has been used or has damage due to use.
- Custom-made products that have been tailored for you or have a personal touch according to your wishes.
Complaint / Grievance
Contact us at info@kungbergvaskor.se immediately when you discover the error. Please provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the error.
We will inspect the product and rectify the fault free of charge, provide a similar product, or refund you in accordance with consumer protection legislation.
We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
Yes, we can refuse a complaint if the product is not faulty according to consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.
Products & Care
We recommend storing the bag in a dry place and protected from direct sunlight. Please use the accompanying dust bag when storing and clean with a soft, dry cloth.

Account & Order
You can easily create an account under My account on the website. With an account, you can track orders, save addresses, and complete future purchases more quickly.
Yes! When you are logged in, you can always view the history of previous purchases and their status.
